Users acknowledge that:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RESET10 programmes are ongoing and do not have a fixed duration.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • do not replace medical treatment;

Only a licensed medical practitioner should alter prescribed medication.

RESET10 and Aonoa Biotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, complications, allergic reactions, hospitalisation, or adverse outcomes resulting from:

  • failure to obtain medical advice;

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Programme fees are payable in advance unless an instalment option is specifically offered.

Refunds are governed exclusively by the RESET10 Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Where any inconsistency exists between these Terms and the Refund Policy regarding refunds, the Refund Policy shall prevail.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • programmes may be paused for a maximum of 7 days;
  • longer pauses require written approval from RESET10.

In documented medical emergencies, programme pauses may be granted upon submission of valid medical documentation. Any refund request shall be evaluated strictly under the Refund Policy.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us.

Personal and health information is collected and processed only for delivering our Services and improving user experience.

RESET10 does not sell or disclose personal health information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

All programme materials, meal plans, educational content, documents, videos, guides, software, branding, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Aonoa Biotech Pvt. Ltd.

Unauthorised copying, recording, resale, redistribution, or commercial use may result in legal action.

Typical response time is 24–48 business hours, although this may vary.

While RESET10 is committed to evidence-based guidance, successful outcomes depend substantially upon the user's consistency, compliance, lifestyle, and individual physiology.

8. Programme Modification & Termination

RESET10 reserves the right to:

  • modify programmes;
  • revise recommendations;
  • introduce new features;
  • discontinue services;
  • suspend or terminate access.

We may immediately terminate participation without refund where users engage in:

  • abusive behaviour;
  • harassment;
  • fraud;

11. Digital Payments

Payments are processed using secure industry-standard payment gateways.

RESET10 does not store complete credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials.

12. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • misuse RESET10 Services;
  • upload unlawful material;
  • impersonate another individual;
  • interfere with website security;
  • reverse engineer software;
  • attempt unauthorised access;
  • harass employees, coaches, or other users;
  • use the platform for illegal activities.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

13. Scope of Services

RESET10 does not provide:

  • emergency medical services;
  • emergency consultations;
  • hospital care;
  • psychiatric treatment;

14. Technology Disclaimer

RESET10 is not responsible for interruptions arising from:

  • internet outages;
  • cloud service failures;
  • software bugs;
  • cyber attacks;
  • device incompatibility;

  • special damages;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business;
  • loss of goodwill;
  • loss of opportunity;
  • emotional distress.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant programme during the preceding twelve (12) months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

18. Intellectual Property

All RESET10 content, including but not limited to:

  • trademarks;
  • logos;
  • website design;
  • software;
  • meal plans;
  • educational resources;
  • graphics;
  • videos;
  • branding;
  • text;
  • documents;
  • coaching frameworks;

are the exclusive intellectual property of Aonoa Biotech Pvt. Ltd.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Users are encouraged to first contact support@reset10.in to resolve any concerns informally.

Commercial disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to arbitration in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters that are not capable of arbitration.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a user from exercising statutory rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or any other applicable law.

20. Intensive Nutrition Support Plans

Certain RESET10 programmes may involve short-duration, closely supervised nutrition interventions.

These programmes are educational and advisory in nature and do not constitute medical treatment.

Medical Eligibility

These plans are generally intended for healthy adults.

They are not suitable for:

  • pregnant women;
  • breastfeeding women;
  • minors;
  • individuals with diagnosed eating disorders;
  • persons with significant uncontrolled medical conditions,

unless written medical clearance has been obtained.

Medical Clearance

RESET10 reserves the right to request written physician approval before allowing participation where a medical condition exists.

Participation may be declined or paused until such clearance is received.

Expected Results

Individual outcomes vary according to:

  • age;
  • genetics;
  • adherence;
  • metabolism;
  • medical history;
  • activity levels;
  • lifestyle.

No specific weight loss, body composition, or health outcome is guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • follow programme instructions;
  • attend scheduled follow-ups;
  • disclose all relevant medical information;
  • report adverse symptoms immediately;
  • update coaches regarding medication or health changes.

Limitation of Liability

RESET10 shall not be responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from:

  • incomplete disclosure;
  • failure to follow recommendations;
  • independent modification of the programme;
  • failure to obtain appropriate medical advice.

Hydration & Physical Activity

Participants should maintain adequate hydration and engage only in physical activity appropriate to their individual health status and physician recommendations.

Supplements

Where supplements are discussed or recommended, they remain optional unless specifically prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner.

Users should independently consult their physician before beginning any supplementation.
